Instead of guessing what development costs, I wrote a program that visits the public price pages of six Ukrainian web studios every day and pulls the numbers out. It currently holds 33 line items across 6 sources, and it keeps refreshing.
Below is not an opinion based on experience. It is a market snapshot with a specific date. And then my take, and a forecast.
How it was collected: public pricing pages only, no authentication and no restriction bypass. The program reads robots.txt, waits between requests, and handles errors and retries. You get a notification when a price moves more than 5%.
Caveat: 2 of the 6 sources need manual cleanup of the service labels. In one case the text "Sale −25%" leaked into the service name. We strip it, but some wording may still be imprecise. UAH conversions are rounded: $1 ≈ 41 UAH, €1 ≈ 45 UAH.
Snapshot date: September 30, 2026.

Our take
1. The same job costs from 3,700 to 75,000 UAH
A landing page runs 3,700–15,000 UAH, a 4× spread. A website runs 12,300–75,000 UAH, a 6× spread. And this is not a quality difference. The bottom and the top of those lists describe the same job for the same kind of business.
So the real conclusion: clients pick a studio, not a price. Competing on price is pointless. Compete on trust. That is exactly why our offer includes an AI assistant on the site: it answers questions at night, calms the anxiety, and captures the lead while the manager sleeps.
2. The most expensive line items are the least transparent
75,000 UAH turnkey and 48,000 UAH premium are two to three months of work. The client pays blind that whole time: one screenshot a week, no idea what is actually happening.
That is the gap worth investing in. Transparency costs pennies, and a live AI consultant on the site makes any competitor six times its price irrelevant. Do not discount. Show.
3. A cheap Telegram bot is already a dead price
From 3,700 UAH. In 2026 you can assemble a bot on a no-code constructor without writing a single line. You cannot sell "a bot" any more. The constructors ate that market.
What you can sell is a system: leads from the site land in a bot, the bot qualifies the visitor, the data goes to a spreadsheet, the manager gets an alert. Web-Lift charges $150 for that. What they do not have is re-checking, change alerts, or reporting. That gap is what the money is for.
4. Scraping appears in the price lists exactly once, and it is a one-off
PAS7 charges €150 (about 6,800 UAH) for a single data pull. Automatic monitoring with alerts exists at none of the six.
That is a genuine hole in the market. If a client needs to track supplier pricing, stock levels, or competitor prices every single day, there is nowhere on these six price lists to go. Nobody else finds this interesting, which is precisely why it is available. Demand is easy to predict: e-commerce, suppliers, dropshipping, real estate agencies, any business with procurement prices.
5. Support costs less than a year of guarantee on the site
From 820 to 5,000 UAH per month. Per year, that is 10,000–60,000 UAH. If the site breaks, a full year of support revenue may not cover one day of work.
Which is why almost none of these price lists show a fixed SLA with a "we respond within two hours" clause, or a monthly report. That is where an honest offer fits: guaranteed response time, a monthly report, and someone actually accountable.
6. We sit at the top of the market, and that is correct
Our entry ticket is 40,000–90,000 UAH equivalent for a system with monitoring, alerts, and integrations. Competitors charge 40,000–75,000 UAH for one artifact: a set of files nobody touches after handover.
Comparing those numbers is meaningless, because they are different products. They hand over files; we leave behind a running process that keeps watching the market and tells you when something changes. An artifact ends at handover. A process keeps paying off.
12-month forecast
Honest caveat first. The program has been running for a few days. That is one snapshot, not a trend. A real trend per line item appears in 2–4 weeks once there is history. Everything below is an expert forecast about the market, not a measured chart. In three months every number here can be checked.
1. The floor drops further
In a year, "a site for 3,000 UAH" becomes the market default: constructors and AI generators assemble a one-pager in minutes. But that is not a website, it is a set of ready-made blocks. Anyone selling a page as a page loses that entire layer of the market.
2. The ceiling rises, but not for everyone
Demand appears for "the site that sells by itself": an AI consultant, auto-replies, lead qualification, reporting on inbound requests. The first studios to claim that niche will push the top of their price list to 150,000–300,000 UAH. We already stand in that niche. What is left is proving it to clients with facts instead of promises.
3. The price of "just a bot" keeps falling
Toward 2,000–3,000 UAH. Anything that can be assembled without a developer gets commoditised. That is how markets work, not anyone's mistake. Good for the buyer. Lethal for anyone selling a "simple bot for $80".
4. Clients stop buying websites and start buying leads
"I need a website" dies as a request. What replaces it is "I want clients to come in without me being involved". That shifts the market from web development toward integrations and automation. Our core offer lands exactly there, and it is the only reason it can cost several times the market price list.
5. Support gets more expensive
Regulators keep tightening: advertising, personal data, cookies, ad reporting. Clients need someone who watches and answers. Fixed-SLA tiers with reporting become the norm, and 2,000 UAH for "support" stops satisfying anyone.
6. The real risk is AI constructors
If clients decide "it will do", the market contracts. That is why we sell a measurable result rather than a site or a codebase: how many leads came in per month. And that is also why honest data monitoring and change alerts end up worth more than a beautiful design.
How we will check this
The program accumulates history on its own. In three months every line item will have a chart behind it: what is falling, what is rising, who is undercutting. The forecast turns into fact with dates and numbers.
That, by the way, is exactly why a system like this is worth building. It turns opinions into measurable facts. And you cannot argue with facts.
